1. Custom Services & Audits
Due to the customized nature of strategic audits, code engineering, and media buying execution, fees paid for completed development sprints or ad management cycles are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Project Milestones
For custom web builds, projects are structured with milestone sign-offs. If you are unsatisfied with an initial discovery or wireframe phase before development starts, any unallocated advance retains eligibility for refund as specified in your agreement.
